SHIPMENTS:

Please check you SPAM folder if you have not received an email after you have confirmed your order. We will keep in touch with you via email to let you know how your order is progressing.

Your artwork will normally be shipped within 5 working days of receiving the order (if there should be an unexpected delay we of course we notify you via email to ensure you would like to continue with your order). The artwork delivery will be fully insured and I will provide a tracking number for you (via email). Deliveries are shipped securely – clearly labelled in a cupboard box with padding. Greeting card orders will be posted second class in an envelope.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

If you have purchased work from me (via this website) and you are unhappy, for whatever reason, you have up to 14 days from the date your item was delivered, to start the returns process. This date is determined by the shipment tracking process from the courier.

To start a returns process please email me at ekatekelly@gmail.com. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return unfortunately can not be accepted.

Obviously, I hope you will be delighted with you purchase but if this is not the case when you have the work, please contact me. In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be returned in it’s orignal packaging and in the pristine state it was sent to you. Once I have received and inspected the return I will contact you (via email) confirming my acceptance and a refund will be made of the purchase price (minus shipping & payment transaction costs – as these are paid to third parties). I suggest when posting a return that you include your courier’s insurance as this will ensure you are covered in the unusual event the item is damaged in transit.

If the unthinkable should happen and your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. I always ship with insurance so I will be able to resolve this with the courier. Please take photographs of the damage and packaging to make a claim for a refund. Please retain both the item and original packaging while the refund process is investigated / resolved. You will receive a full refund for damaged items via the insurance process.

I ship using Royal Mail and Hermes and as yet have never had a damaged delivery – long may that continue !!

EXCHANGES :

Artwork sold on this site is unique and therefore exchanges are not possible, if your piece is damaged then the refund process above should be followed.
