Private View

One of my favourite places to walk my dogs.  I wanted to capture how it felt to leave the wooded path and walk down to the sea. Such a beautiful quiet spot, Aber Mawr. Framed in black.

This summer flowers have been abundant along the Pembs coast, had to try and capture some of that glory in this joyous sunset (Newport Bay).

Lush hedgerows and overhanging trees inspired this picture.

Light playing through the canopy was the idea behind this work. There are lots of colour layers to evoke that feeling of shade, texture and depth.

My paintings are like bottled up emotion, I have captured the delightful feeling of walking through the sand dunes @ Broad Haven for an evening swim.

The joy of colour bursting out of the banks overlooking the beach, inspired this gem of a painting.
