‘Serene Sunset’ An evocative piece inspired by the beautiful calming light of a Pembrokeshire sunset at the beach. It’s always a favourite time to walk down onto the sands, quiet with the sound of lapping water, great for the soul !!!

‘Into the Wild’ An expressive piece inspired by the wild nature of Aberbach in Pembrokeshire. It’s a favourite walk down to beach – past the driftwood sculptures lining the woodland path, down to this perfect little cove. A special place for wild swimmers and the occasional seal! Pure Pembrokeshire magic – part of me doesn’t want to highlight these secret local spots but I can’t help but paint places that make my heart sing..
Created using inks, oil pastels and acrylics on fine watercolour paper. The picture comes mounted and backed by white card ready for framing (51cm x 40.5cm) £97

‘Porthmelgan Beach’ A celebration of shapes found in the landscape, from beach boulders, cliff edges and distant ancient hills. This quiet spot is just up from the famous Whitesands beach near St Davids in Pembrokeshire, I really enjoyed capturing this place – a detour off the coastal path down to the sand is always worth it ! The coast is so fascinating and invigorating.
Created using inks, oil pastels and acrylics on fine watercolour paper. The picture comes mounted and backed by white card ready for framing (51cm x 40.5cm) £97

‘Into the Blue’ If anyone else has stood and marvelled at the hypnotic power of Atlantic waves, you will understand the inspiration for this work. Layers of texture have been applied to create this piece, with a grounding of oil paint applied by palette knife (which provides subtle movement across the canvas) and oil pastels – to give form and to highlight the ground structure. The dominant hues of whites, greens and blues shout nature in all it’s glory! This is a deep edged canvas that looks great unframed (with off-white edges). 60cm x 30cm x 4cm £297

‘Obfuscation’ – Evening Light @ Strumble. Oil on deep canvas. 30cm x 60cm x 4cm. £297

‘Clogwyni’ From the coastal path near Manorbier Castle. Oils on deep canvas. 100cm x 80cm x 3.5cm £797

‘Sea Tangle’ Inspired by the local Blue Lagoon (Pembrokeshire) and shapes from foraged seaweed. Full of abstract forms and watery movement. The ‘torn’ feel was created using a resist process revealing the underlying textured paint. Part of a series of paintings influenced by Matisse and his cut out shapes. 40cm x 50cm x 4cm £297

‘Eventide’ A colourful abstract painting inspired by both the life in sea and sunsets in Pembrokeshire. Influenced by Matisse and his cut out shapes, this work was created using resist to give a ‘torn’ feel to the shapes and movement. It is one of those paintings that the more you look the more you see! 50cm x 50cm x 4cm £497

‘Rough Seas’ Marloes. 30cm x 60cm x 4cm. Oils on deep canvas £297

‘Reveal’ Inspired by Tennyson’s words “words, like nature, half reveal and half conceal the soul within…”. The painting is multi-layered, an acrylic rendering of the spine on Marloes beach, overlaid by a lino print of Campions and Queen Anne’s Lace, nature in all its glory! The layered effect is achieved by a unique printing process using up-cycled cellophane – that both reveals and conceals… a response to the overuse of plastic in modern life. 50cm x 50cm x 4cm £497
